Great location- quiet area but so close to everything. Walking Distances: Tram stop from the airport (2 mins) Beach (5 minutes) Railway station (8 mins) Massena Square (5 mins) Old town (10 mins) Super-U supermarket (5 mins) So lovely to return from the hustle bustle of Nice centre at night to a quiet street. Rooms are simple but have that French boutique look. They have 3 levels of air conditioning ( so brilliant in the hot weather) We found the staff helpful and some really helpful, offering good advice and being prepared to go the extra mile. We can recommend breakfast. Well set up and a good variety.

The hotel was very well located in the city centre but not in a noisy part of it. It was less than a 10 minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and a 15 minute stroll to the old town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Valerie was fantastic. The rooms were excellent and it felt like it had been renovated recently, spotlessly clean, a good size and comfortable plus really good value. It was my first visit to Nice and I loved it and will return. on returning my first choice will be to the Hotel La Villa Victor Hugo

My whole experience at Hotel La Villa Nice Victor Hugo was great! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very nice. My room was larger than expected, with a very comfortable bed and a nice shower. (I am used to European hotels having fairly small rooms, but mine was quite large.) The hotel is located in a very nice area, with lots of good restaurants and within easy walking distance of many popular sites. The rail station is within a 10 minute walk.

We were upgraded to a room on the top level with an awesome view over Nice and the hills behind. The room was large, with a sitting area--a unique room with four windows in a turret overlooking different parts of the city. Nice bathroom and extremely well appointed with everything needed for a comfy stay. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good for the price. Short walk to the beach and Old Nice, close to tram stops as well (although we didn't need it).

Cindy

The hotel was in an excellent location- very close to promenade, train station, shopping area and old town. The room was small but comfortable. Very clean and well serviced. Tea making facility 👍. We were given free water every day which we appreciated. Some 4 star hotels give free water on arrival and you’re on own after that. The staff were very nice and always pleasant.
